GroupM Launches New Job Board To Mine Top Talent

As part of its strategy to attract the best people in the industry and to broaden the career experience of its people, media group, GroupM, has launched its own job board, called Mploy.

Job seekers and existing GroupM employees can search vacancies by job title, discipline, location or agency, at all of GroupM’s Australian companies. Candidates can apply for a role directly from Mploy, make an enquiry or register their interest.

The Mploy website includes profiles of every GroupM company – Maxus, MEC, MediaCom, Mindshare, Xaxis, Play Communications and Plista – including what they stand for and what makes them great places to work.

This new initiative is in addition to the GroupM referral policy whereby staff are paid a referral fee for candidates they recommend who join the group.

Elissa Good-Omozusi, chief HR and talent officer at GroupM Australia (pictured), said: “We are the largest media group within Australia and as such we have the most career opportunities available. Mploy will ensure potential candidates, both internally and externally, are aware of these opportunities, while streamlining the process of enquiry, application and recruitment.”
