Exponential, a digital advertising intelligence platform providing brands with advertising solutions globally, has added three senior sales managers to its ANZ team.

Hayley Dixon joins as senior sales manager for NSW & QLD, a role responsible for generating and maximising revenues from the largest advertisers and agencies in New South Wales and Queensland.

Similarly, Kendall Fulton joins as senior sales manager for Victoria & Western Australia, also responsible for growing revenue and client acquisition across these agencies.

Over the Tasman, Max Charnin has been appointed senior sales manager for New Zealand, working closely with agencies and brands nationally.

Exponential commercial director APAC Steffen Crouwel said: “As brands are increasingly prioritising customer experience, we are seeing an upswing in demand for our user-centric video ad formats that put the decision to view – or not to view –in the consumers’ hands.

“Hayley, Kendall and Max bring with them considerable digital sales skills and experience to help drive our go to market sales strategies, strengthening existing accounts and forging new brand and agency relationships.”

Dixon was previously a media manager for Bohemia Group and has also held management roles at Carat and News Corp.

In her previous role at Bohemia Group, Dixon was a strategic leader for her clients, developing effective and impactful media campaigns.

Dixon is enthusiastic about bringing these skills and her expertise to develop outstanding campaigns for her clients at Exponential.

Fulton is a digital media champion, garnering experience from a variety of digital roles over the past decade.

Most recently, Fulton was a sales manager at the leading digital sports content and media group, Perform Group.

Fulton’s strengths lie in his creative led approach and ability to develop impactful strategies and solutions that lay the foundation for successful digital ad campaigns; making him a strong asset to the Exponential team.

Charnin Max joins Exponential from NZME where he was the digital integration manager, leading the iHeartRadioNZ offering and helping to transition it into a full digital product.

Max also brings with him a thorough understanding of the everchanging of programmatic landscape and subsequent technology from his previous role as programmatic trading manager at Y&R Media.
