Dry July Hands Media To M2M & Speed

Dry July Hands Media To M2M & Speed

Charity foundation Dry July has handed its media to agencies M2M and Speed.

M2M managing director Wendy Gower has confirmed the win to B&T.

M2M and Clemenger-owner Speed Agency will handle the charity’s media and strategy.

In March, Forward Agency was appointed public relations and influencer agency partner for Dry July in Australia and New Zealand, to work on the 2018 campaign following a competitive pitch.

Forward aids in helping raise awareness of the month-long challenge, and reminding Aussies and Kiwis that Dry July was founded to raise funds for people affected by cancer, as well as increase its participant numbers and donations for its 10th Anniversary this year.

At the time of the appointment, Brett MacDonald, CEO of Dry July said: “Following a creative pitch, Forward showed us that they really understood our mission, and had some great ideas that will help us to increase sign-ups and donations.

“Fergus and his team had a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved, they came with new thinking to refresh our approach and a robust media plan.

“We are looking forward to working with Forward!”
