Mark Dalgleish Joins Asia Pacific Digital Board

Mark Dalgleish, the Sydney-based digital media and marketing entrepreneur, will join the Asia Pacific Digital board in July, bringing 25 years international experience in building profitable digital media and marketing businesses to APD.

Dalgleish has made a significant investment in APD through his participation in this month’s capital raising, announced to the Australian Stock Exchange on 16 March.

Dalgleish has had a distinguished career in digital media and marketing in Australia and the UK, including building and selling two digital marketing businesses to publicly listed companies – Creation, which he started in the UK in 1990 and sold to Interpublic Group in 2000, and C4 Communication which was acquired by Photon Group (now Enero Group) in 2007.

Dalgleish added: “APD is absolutely in the right place at the right time to capitalise on the exponential growth we’re seeing in ecommerce and online marketing across Asia. I’m very excited to be coming along for the ride.”
