NewsLifeMedia group publisher of food brands Fiona Nilsson today announced a major investment and repositioning of Australia’s leading premium food and lifestyle brand delicious. following NewsLifeMedia taking full ownership of the brand after 13 years licencing it from the ABC.

From the March 2015 issue delicious. has been reimagined with a new design, a host of editorial changes and some of Australia’s best foodies added to the mix. Lifestyle content has also increased to meet the demand of those seeking dynamic and exciting food experiences.

delicious. will also extend digitally with its own website delicious.com.au in the coming months to provide an online destination for the brand.

The core delicious. team of Valli Little, Jamie Oliver, Matt Preston and Jill Dupleix has also expanded to include a host of regular new contributors to provide even more depth and advice to the delicious. brand.

Matt Moran, renowned for his creativity with Australian produce, will now be creating regular features to align with the delicious. Produce Awards pillars of earth, dairy, paddock and sea.

Matt Wilkinson, Melbourne author and chef from Pope Joan will transform vegetables in creative and on-trend ways that translate to the home.

Silvia Colloca, Italian cook, blogger, opera singer, actress and TV host, will be focusing on Italian home cooking with her own charming techniques.

Mike McEnearney, famous for his Alexandria spot Kitchen My Mike, will have a one-page column each month on how-to be an ‘urban farmer’, going back to basics and made from scratch ideas with step-by-step pics.

Anthony Huckstep, entertaining food critic and magazine editor, will feature an ingredient, trend, or movement around innovation in his ‘Innovators’ column each month. If someone is pioneering in a certain field, he will immerse himself in it and write about the experience.

This year also marks the 10 year anniversary of the delicious. Produce Awards and will see the brand focus on food innovation and the decade ahead.
