Delicious Celebrates 150 Issues With Collectable And Digital Mag

Foodie mag Delicious is celebrating its 150th issue by launching a collector’s issue and the publication’s first digital edition.

Published by NewsLifeMedia, group publisher Fiona Nilsson said 150 issues is definitely something to be proud of.

“With the delicious enhanced iPad and Android edition we have created a fantastic engagement experience,” she added. “We’ve created a digital edition that will be a sensory experience, much like delicious itself is so that our technology savvy readers feel as though they can eat, see, feel and smell – as well as cook.”

Delicious editor-in-chief Kerrie McCallum also has some exciting announcements for the brand. “I’m also excited to announce that we have secured two of Australia’s most-loved and respected chefs, Colin Fassnidge and Shannon Bennett, as new contributors who will provide even more depth and advice to the delicious brand. We look forward to the next 150 issues and have even more exciting things planned for later this year including the 10 year anniversary of the delicious. Produce Awards and the launch of delicious.com.au.”

Delicious is marking the occasion with a daily prize giveaway via social media. Celeb chef Matt Preston will take over the delicious Instagram on July 1 to share some of his favourite moments from the past 150 issues; along with a special birthday reader event hosted by Matt Preston and Silvia Colloca at Sydney’s stunning Quay restaurant which sold out in minutes.
