DEC PR Wins Hipages Account

Australian tradie hiring website Hipages has appointed DEC PR to lead its public relations activities following a competitive tender process.

DEC PR will commence work immediately on the Hipages account, with the responsibility of building its brand awareness among tradies, consumers and investors.

Guillaume Papillon, PR and communications manager at Hipages, said: “The hipages team has been very impressed with the professionalism and strategic thinking showcased by all the PR agencies that were invited to pitch.

“DEC PR was a stand out for us. Not only do Hipages and DEC PR share a common vision of making things happen, we also found a partner that demonstrates a strong understanding of where our brand is at – one that gets how we leverage technology and innovate everyday to make life easier for Australians.

“As Hipages experiences hyper growth, we are excited to bring on board a strong PR agency that will be able to support and shape our successful business story.”

DEC PR Michael Henderson said tech and home improvements are two areas that the agency has deep experience in and buckets of passion for.

“We’re now proud to welcome Hipages to the agency and look forward to cementing a strong reputation for the brand among tradies, consumers and investors,” he said.
