CX agency Lavender Broadens Client List With Three Technology Wins

CX agency Lavender has added a diverse trio of new accounts, welcoming Deakin University, Ardent Leisure and George Weston Foods onto its client list.

The three technology projects will see Lavender’s consulting and integration divisions define and implement marketing automation systems and digital experiences to help deliver personalised customer journeys for each of the three new clients.

The ASX-listed Ardent Leisure, one of Australia’s most successful leisure and entertainment groups, serves more than three million customers annually at family-friendly leisure assets such as Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint theme parks, and AMF and Kingpin Bowling among others.

Deakin University has four campuses and three learning centres in the state of Victoria, with more than 52,000 students – including a quarter who choose to study wholly online.

With George Weston Foods, Lavender will work with Tip Top Foodservices, the company’s wholesale bakery division. The specialist division has an extensive product portfolio that includes many of Australia’s best-loved brands, such as Tip Top®, Abbott’s Village Bakery®, Bürgen®, Golden®, Speedibake®, Australian Garlic Bread®, Bazaar® and Top Taste®.

Speaking about the wins, Clint Bauer, partner at Lavender (pictured above), said: “We’re thrilled to be working with clients that have great vision and a desire to put customer experience at the heart of their business. These wins demonstrate how our technology, strategy and data services can help brands deliver customer grounded strategies.”

As a true CX agency, Lavender focuses on shaping its clients’ products, services and communications around their customers. Consulting is one of Lavender’s five key service offerings; the other four being data, creative, technology and delivery.
