Sitecore, global company delivering website customer experience management solutions, announced that the Colliers International Australia and New Zealand websites are now live providing visitors with a personalised, multi-channel web customer experience.

The new Colliers websites were built by Sitecore experts, OneClick, using the Sitecore platform and have been SEO optimised from the ground up. This also means they are consistent with the Colliers International United States and Canadian websites which OneClick also develop and maintain and will support the soon to come “My Colliers” feature later this year.

The “My Colliers” feature enables customers and end users to take complete control of the browsing experience by connecting to the site through their LinkedIn account and providing the ability to manage subscriptions, preferences and stored information. Relevant information on the site can be quickly and dynamically collated and sent to customers via email keeping them informed.

The new sites also boast an enhanced search capability with a ‘predictive search’ and a ‘drag map’ where site visitors in New Zealand and Australia can click on a listing and instantly view its location.

The Colliers websites puts the customer at the heart of every interaction. Visitors can now view more than 6000 active listed commercial properties across Australia and New Zealand as well as news articles and research data. Content has also been enriched through the use of video which enables Colliers to demonstrate key property features.

“We are delighted with the new Colliers International Australia website,” said Belinda Scott, General Manager – Corporate Marketing, Colliers Australia. “Digital marketing is a key component of our strategy moving forward and it is imperative that we have the best tools and technology at our disposal. By implementing a consistent platform across our operations and by deploying a more sophisticated content management system (CMS), we can now offer our clients a more intuitive experience and flexible accessibility across both mobile and desktop platforms. Intuitive navigation makes it easier for visitors to find out what they need.”

“We also now have the flexibility to fully manage the site in-house which will speed up content amendment in real time. The site enables us to measure website statistics and the impact of specific content on any landing page in terms of eyeball metrics. We can then make informed decisions based on the data and implement any change in content both rapidly and seamlessly to the overall end user experience.”

New Zealand website company, OneClick was tasked with the Colliers New Zealand & Australia website overhaul based on its award-winning success with the redesign of the Colliers Canadian and US and websites.

“We were very impressed with OneClick. Their work for our businesses overseas have been impressive and we have benefitted from their consistent approach to our site here in Australia. In addition, their project management has been exemplary. During the entire project, they kept us informed of what was needed, what was coming up and tracked milestones and reporting,” said Scott.

Jason Platt, Chief Executive Officer, OneClick, said, “We are committed to providing innovative website solutions and applications for our clients, both in New Zealand and internationally.

Being a Sitecore partner we are all about aligning customer needs with the business goals, and to help achieve this, Sitecore provides the perfect tools.

Recently, our client, Colliers Canada, won an international award for best website for the fourth year running. To see our efforts yield such fantastic dividends for our clients is a wonderful endorsement of our work.”
