Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has promoted Harriet Sinclair to a group account director role. Sinclair will continue her responsibilities on the NAB business and will take over management of the Mercedes Benz account.
Clemenger BBDO Melbourne managing director Paul McMillan said Sinclair has impressed everyone she’s worked with since arriving at the agency just over a year ago.
“Promoting from within is the strategy we favour. Our clients have consistency and it’s our way of keeping an unfair share of the best talent out there. Harry is incredibly strong when it comes to strategy, CRM and digital, which are all things our clients are demanding.
“But more than that, Harry immediately fitted in to the Clemenger culture. She knows how to work hard and she knows how to play harder,” he said.
Previously, Sinclair worked as a senior account director at M&C Saatchi digital agency LIDA in London. She was responsible for telco giant O2, the Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest Private Banking.
