Carat Announces String Of New Hires For Perth, Including New GM

Dentsu Aegis Network-owned agency Carat has announced the appointment of Michelle Testa as general manager for Perth.

Testa’s appointment is part of a raft of new hires designed to bolster the agency’s senior leadership team.

Formerly the general manager of Dentsu Mitchell in Perth, Testa (pictured above, second from the left) is joined by a number of new senior recruits, including Tourism WA’s Amanda Bryant (pictured above, far left), who joins Carat’s Perth office as strategy director.

Dentsu Aegis Network alumni Carissa Pearce (pictured above, third from the left) has been promoted to client lead across some of the agency’s key accounts.

Paula Greten (pictured above, far right), a Carat team member since 2012, has also been promoted, stepping into the role of account director.

Carat Perth managing director Adam Marshall said the appointments and promotions reflect the sustained growth of the agency.

“Each person is a respected leader in the industry and will drive the Carat service into new areas,” he said.

“We are delighted to attract and reward talent of this calibre.”

Commenting on her appointment, Testa said: “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to lead a talented group of individuals who are assisting our clients in mastering the complexity of an ever-changing landscape.

“It’s a great time to be in the business and part of the leadership team influencing change.”

Carat recently relocated its growing Perth team to new offices in the CBD.
