Furious Fans Call For Boycott As TV Contestant Forced To Eat Faeces & Urine Live On-Air
There have been calls for a boycott of the UK show Celebrity Juice after an episode over the weekend showed a contestant apparently being fed human faeces and urine.
Celebrity Juice is a comedy style celebrity panel show that runs on ITV2 network and is hosted by presenter Keith Lemon.
The weekend’s episode starred Italian celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo – dressed as Eleven from Stranger Things – who was blindfolded and apparently fed the vile concoction via a plastic tube as part of a stunt to see if he could guess what he was tasting.
D’Acampo can be seen swallowing the items before throwing them back up.
Thankfully, it has been reported that it wasn’t actually human waste, rather a clever replica developed by the props department.
However, fans of the show have labelled the segment as “vile” and even threatened to boycott the program.
Angry viewers taking to Twitter to express their dismay at the segment.
One wrote on Twitter: “Eurgh. No. Sorry. Celebrity Juice has gone too far. I can’t watch poo being forced down someone’s gob.”
“Did he just eat poo for real? WTF” another added.
“Literally just gagged. That was grim!” and “if I didn’t feel sick before watching celeb juice, I deffo do now, absolutely vile!!!” said another angry fan.
“Eurgh. No. Sorry. Celebrity Juice has gone too far. I can’t watch poo being forced down someone’s gob,” railed another.
“Literally just gagged. That was grim!” added another.
While another ranted: “Said it once, I’ll say it again, if you find Celebrity Juice funny then there is something seriously wrong with you. Seek help!”
Celebrity Juice has not commented on the segment.
