WE Buchan Celebrate New Client Wins And Four New Hires

Integrated communications agency WE Buchan has announced the appointment of Nat Bradford as head of technology and general manager.

Bradford brings over 20 years’ experience to WE Buchan and previously ran his own consultancy in Adelaide for seven years and has also held leadership roles at Dec PR, H&K and PPR.

In his new role as general manager, Bradford will support agency operations across Sydney and Melbourne and will work closely with WE Buchan’s People & Culture Lead Kellie Stanborough on talent acquisition, retention and training.

As head of technology, Bradford will lead WE Buchan’s tech practice alongside Cristina Fletcher who is promoted to director of technology.

WE Buchan managing director Gemma Hudson said Bradford’s experience, proven track record and his respected profile in the industry will support the agency’s expansion plans.

Hudson said: “We’re seeing growth across all our practices, and to manage this efficiently, Nat has taken on a dual role as GM and head of technology.

“Our technology team itself has been going from strength to strength over the last year, including the recent promotion of Cristina Fletcher to director of technology.

“Nat’s hire will continue our momentum in the sector”.

Bradford said he was inspired to join WE Buchan because it is a successful integrated comms agency built upon talent and passion.

He said: “Every person in the agency is highly driven, and in my joint role as GM and Head of Tech I’m sitting in the middle of an agency that isn’t standing still.

“Our industry is always changing, and I’m pleased to join an agency that takes opportunity and runs with it”.

In other moves to expand and enhance the expertise of its teams, WE Buchan has appointed Samantha Eng as account director, corporate; Charlotte Wood as account director, consumer; and Marissa Zammit as senior account director, investor relations.

WE Buchan is also celebrating new client wins, including robotic process automation company UiPath; energy spend management firm Bid Energy;  and knowledge management software company Knosys.
