ASSA ABLOY Locks In PIER Marketing

Door opening solutions company ASSA ABLOY has appointed PIER Marketing to handle its national PR account.

The leading global supplier of locks and security systems will work with Mornington-based newcomer, PIER Marketing, to launch its keyless locking solutions to the Australian market.

ASSA ABLOY’S Marketing Director, Nick Penny, was enthusiastic about working with PIER Marketing: ‘We’re excited by the fresh approach and market expertise demonstrated by PIER Marketing and are very much looking forward to working with the team to further build our brand and position in the Australian marketplace.’

PIER Marketing was launched in July 2014 and is based in Mornington servicing both local and Melbourne CBD based clients. Offering a fully outsourced marketing management service, the agency now also includes a PR offering. The account will be led by ex-Haystac exec Emma Johnstone who recently joined the PIER Marketing team to head up its PR arm.
