Outdoor media provider APN Outdoor has announced the promotion of three key leaders within its sales team.
Daniel McConochie (pictured above, left) has been appointed as APN’s agency sales director for Victoria, following the recent departure of media veteran David Cordner.
McConochie brings with him a wealth of experience in media, with nine of those years dedicated to APN. He joined the company in 2008 as an account manager and quickly moved through the ranks to management positions, and most recently led APN’s Brisbane sales team.
Chris Perera (pictured above, centre) will take over from McConochie as sales director for Queensland. With eight years’ experience at APN, Perera’s promotion comes with a big move from Perth.
Finally, Phil Dada (pictured above, right) has been promoted to sales director for Western Australia. Dada has been with APN Outdoor for eight years and steps up to this role from his existing position as group sales manager.
APN’s general manager of sales, Mark Fairhurst, said: “Our ability to promote these key roles from within speaks volumes for the depth of talent at APN Outdoor. Dan, Chris and Phil have proven themselves to be high performers for many years.
“They have earned the opportunity to progress, and their energy, tenacity and passion for outdoor will serve them well for this new and exciting chapter.”
All three appointments are effective immediately.
