Anytime Fitness’ media network company, Anytime Vision, have launched a new partnership with successful publishing house Odysseus Publishing.

The partnership will allow Anytime Fitness access to Odysseus’ award winning health and lifestyle content, while Anytime Fitness will promote flagship publications Men’s Fitness and Shape magazine through the Anytime Vision media network, which reaches their 350,000 strong member base.

Editorial from Men’s Fitness and Shape magazine will be used to develop Anytime Fitness’ social media and digital content offerings, while Anytime Fitness in turn will help grow the Men’s Fitness and Shape magazine audience through promotion through Anytime Vision. The Anytime Vision media network consists of digital screens, branded in-club activations, and a digital magazine.

Andrew Sneddon, General Manager of Anytime Vision, says, “At Anytime Vision, we wanted to partner with a local publisher with strong international brands and an interest in long term partnerships and an innovative approach to marketing. While we were evaluating the market place, we noted the strong performance of the Men’s Fitness in its category.”

Australian Men’s Fitness magazine has had an impressive increase in circulation, according to the latest ABC audit. The significant year-on-year increase in circulation comes after a 59.5 percent growth in readership. And Shape magazine continues to cement its reputation as the go-to publication for women looking for serious workouts and nutrition advice.

Sneddon adds, “We like the strong management and editorial team behind Odysseus’ fitness and lifestyle publications and believe we have found a natural synergy between our club members and the quality content that the Odysseus team is producing”.

Editorial Director of Odysseus Publishing, Todd Cole, says, “Anytime Fitness is the leader in its category so we are thrilled to be able to deliver world-class content to the Anytime Fitness members so they can achieve their fitness goals faster.”

The mutually beneficially partnership for both health and lifestyle brands has started, and is being rolled out in a club near you.
