Adshel Bolsters Sales Team with More Senior Hires

Outdoor advertiser solutions provider Adshel has announced a number of hires across its national sales team, following the recent appointment of David Roddick as chief revenue officer.

Former News Corporation WA sales director Michael Riach joins as head of sales in Victoria. A well-respected media industry veteran, Riach has previously held a number of senior roles within Fairfax Media including sales director and general manager of national print sales and comes to Adshel on a 12-month maternity cover.

Joining Riach is Karin Galloway and Kim Norman, both appointed to the position of group sales manager in NSW. Galloway joins Adshel from Seven West Media where she held the role of group sales manager – agency. Prior to that she held a number of senior sales roles including positions with Full Circle Media, Seven and News Ltd.

Kim Norman has most recently been running and managing her own media company Outsauced PTY, where she managed all the commercial elements of the successful Woolworths Baby and Toddler Club. Norman has had a distinguished media sales career including the position of Group Sales Manager for SBS TV in Sydney.

Adshel’s chief revenue officer David Roddick said the appointments represented a significant positive step for the company as it continued to cement its position as one of Australia’s leading media brands.

“These appointments signal another stage in Adshel’s growth as we transform to capitalise upon the incredible opportunities created by the diversification of digital media,” he said.

“Michael, Karin and Kim are amongst the best media sales executives in the market, and I look forward to working closely with them to carry on the great foundations created by one of the strongest sales teams around,” he added.
