Aegis Media’s media agency Vizeum has opened its third office, this week launching in Perth.

Overseeing the new agency is business director Sarah Nie (pictured), who joins Vizeum from emitch where she was digital director. The search for a general manager is currently underway.

The agency’s client base consists of brands from IT services, tourism, hospitality, property, retail and other verticals.

Vizeum now bills around $140m a year in Australia, has more than 70 clients and staff, according to Aegis media Pacific’s CEO, Luke Littlefield.

“We are getting closer to the goal Vizeum being one of the leading media agency brands in the region and having an offering in Perth gives us a strong national presence,” Littlefield said.

“The national expansion of this new brand gives our clients the opportunity to work with an agency with digital and strategy at its core, backed by the global buying power and resource of Aegis Media.”

Nie will report to Alan Matthews with Kristian Barnes, Aegis Media’s chief commercial officer, to continue to oversee commercial strategy and development of Vizeum.
