The Block Sky High on Nine was the only non-news program to pull over one million viewers last night, scoring 1.18 million in third place.
It was followed by Nine’s Arrow which lured 968,000, sitting sixth, Seven’s Home and Away which pulled 952,000 and Seven’s House Rules which drew 951,000.
Nine’s Big Bang Theory was the final non-news entrant in the top ten, pulling 885,000, according to OzTam's preliminary metro overnights.
The second episode of Ten’s new season of Offspring sat 12th with 798,000 viewers.
Nine News won the night with 1.35 million viewers, with Seven News exactly 100,000 viewers behind in second spot.
A Current Affair (Nine) and Today Tonight (Seven) also scored well. The former won 1.13 and the latter took 1.06 million.
Nine won the night with a 30.4% share of audience, Seven took 29%, the ABC won 19% and Ten took 17.2%. SBS won 4.3%.
