Ten has continued to drip feed details about its highly anticipated morning program with the name announced this morning as Studio 10.
The name was chosen from the network's twitter competition #nametheshow which had 4000 entries. Darren Sanders made the winning suggestion and was awarded a Samsung 60-inch Smart TV and Home Theatre System for his efforts, and will also appear on the first episode.
The program which is the brainchild of morning show expert Adam Boland has announced Ita Buttrose and Joe Hildebrand as two of the five hosts, with the final three yet to be revealed.
Studio 10’s executive producer Rob McKnight said: “We promised to be different with our new morning television line-up and right from the get-go, we’re delivering on that promise by allowing our audience to name the show.”
Studio 10 will be broadcast live every weekday from Network Ten’s Sydney studios at Pyrmont.
