In a night of TV that mirrored Monday, The Voice and My Kitchen Rules again dominated the Tuesday evening ratings.

The gap narrowed between the rivals, however, with Nine’s The Voice pulling in an audience of 1.892 million (compared to 2.057 million on Monday) and Seven’s MKR (pictured) attracting 1.674 million viewers (up from Monday night’s 1.54 million).

Seven’s Packed to the Rafters took out third place in the overnight free-to-air TV ratings compiled by OzTam, with 1.422 million viewers.

The next five spots went to Nine and Seven’s news and current affairs shows. Home and Away, on Seven, was in ninth spot.

Again, in a repeat of Monday night, ABC1’s ABC News snuck into tenth place, with an audience of 904,000.

And Network Ten once again failed to make it into the top 10. It’s highest rating show was Ten News at Five, with 717,000 viewers, followed by NCIS in 17th spot with 595,000 viewers.
