BREAKING: The lengthy, and often protracted negotiations, between Ten and Southern Cross are at an end after the two parties signed a new affiliation deal for three years.
Southern Cross chairman, Max Moore-Wiltom said in a statement: “We are pleased to have renewed our agreement with Ten for a further three years and look forward to a stronger collaboration, focused on improving Ten’s national audience share and revenue-generating opportunities.
Ten chief Hamish McLennan (pictured) added: “After constructive discussions with Max Moore-Wilton, we have collectively achieved a fair outcome for both companies. We look forward to the continuation our our partnership with Southern Cross Media.”
No details of the agreement will be released.
