Facebook has hired former Ikon digital director Ellie Rogers to the role of head of agency.

Ellie departed Ikon in March alongside people and culture director Leonie Kerley, which followed hot on the heels CEO Dan Johns who quit the agency after more than a decade.

It has been reported that Roger’s appointment is part of a restructure of Facebook’s Australian arm, with the social media giant expected to expand its Australian operation substantially over the coming months.
