Puberty Blues rises just short of debut

Ten’s Puberty Blues  has risen in its third week on-air, pulling in 529,000 viewers on Wednesday night.

The result is an increase on the 477,000 viewers the Australian drama won last week.

It is still behind its season debut of 538,000 viewers.

It came third in its timeslot behind Seven’s The Blacklist(871,000) and Nine’s Inside Story (852,000), beating the ABC’s Spicks and Specks (440,000).

Seven’s My Kitchen Rules was the night’s most watched show with 1.56 million fans.

The Block: Fans v Faves came second overall with 1.233 million viewers.

Seven won the night overall with a total 33.6% share of all free-to-air TV viewers. Seven’s primary channel won 25.2%.

Nine was not far behind on a combined 30.9% and 23.6% for the networks main channel.

Ten inched closer to the ABC last night, winning a total 15.1% share to sit just behind the ABC’s 15.9%.

ABC1 won 11.1% of FTA viewers as Ten’s primary channel pulled in 9.8%.

Sitting in last place is SBS with a combined 4.5% with 3.5% going to SBS ONE.
