PHD launches gamified structure

PHD has restructured its operations around its gamification operating system, Source, and made three promotions.

The media agency is now structured into three hubs: communications planning, investment planning and business planning.

Source, which launched in November 2012, is designed to encourage global collaboration and allows Omnicom Media Group agencies to see where they rank in real time.

The restructure has resulted in a number of promotions with national head of digital, Peter Hunt, elevated to the newly-created national head of business planning role.

The promotion sees Hunt join the national executive team along with Erin Jakubans who is now people and development director.

Strategy director Stewart Gurney has been promoted to the new head of communications planning in Sydney and is now part of the overall agency leadership team.

Mark Coad, PHD chief executive, said:

“We are delighted to announce these promotions, the guys really deserve the recognition – they have contributed not only to the award-winning work leaving the agency but the vibrant culture that is producing it. Our clients have access to market leading talent, demonstrated by what had been an excellent period of growth for PHD.”
