NewsLifeMedia has appointed Vividwireless CMO Louise Brockbank as the head of online food hub, Taste.com.au.
Brockbank comes to the newly created role after 16 months at Australia’s first 4G broadband start-up where she led a digital strategy transformation and launched a new brand positioning.
Brockbank will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the global digital business of Taste.com.au, accountable for the platform’s commercial outcomes, innovation and product delivery, to drive continued audience growth, category leadership and multi-platform solutions.

Sheffield also suggested Brockbank would be key in the brand’s “big plans to expand internationally”.
Brockbank’s previous experience includes chief development director for UNICEF; and GM sales and marketing at News Limited where she led the marketing and channel sales within TrueLocal.
She was a key member of the Ninemsn leadership team as director marketing and strategy for seven years.
