New weekday line-up for smoothfm

DMG Radio Australia has shifted the line-up for Sydney’s smoothfm 95.3 to “create a consistent sound for listeners, from breakfast through to evenings”.

Ed Phillips will no longer present the stations More Music Breakfast show as his contract has come to an end.

He will be replaced by the station’s drive presenter Bogart Torelli from tomorrow with Byron Webb to take over the drive slot from March 18.

Cameron Daddo, who has been heard nationally on the weekends, has been moved to the 8pm to midnight weekday slot.

Paul Jackson, DMG’s group program director, said: “Bogart Torelli and Cameron Daddo are both consummate broadcasters. They are a great fit for the brand and complement our existing team of top class announcers. I would like to thank Ed and David for their passion and contribution to smoothfm.”

The station’s new line-up:

5.30am to 9am        Bogart Torelli – smoothfm 95.3 Sydney

 

                                  Mike Perso     – smoothfm 91.5 Melbourne

9am to 1pm            Ty Frost        – smoothfm nationally

1pm to 4pm            Simon Diaz    – smoothfm nationally

4pm to 8pm            Byron Webb – smoothfm 95.3 (from 18 March)

   Cathy Dinn     – smoothfm 91.5

8pm to midnight       Nights with Cameron Daddo – smoothfm (from 18 March)
