Dare to Bare with Marie Claire

Dare to Bare with Marie Claire

Slipping off your shoes at the door and stepping onto a deliciously soft and fluffy cloud-like carpet, guests of Marie Claire and Scholl’s Barefoot in the Park milled around Lindesey House in Darling Point last night.

“We’re excited to be partnering with Scholl to host the ultimate barefoot garden party,” Jackie Frank, editor and publisher of Marie Claire, said.

“Produced by Kat & Co and David Grant, Barefoot in the Park will be a one-of-a-kind event…We’re asking guests to leave their shoes at the door to experience a fun filled evening soir√©e barefoot in the lush gardens of Lindesay House.”

With a number of well-known people present such as Michelle Bridges and The Commando from The Biggest Loser, Anthony Minichiello, Sydney Roosters captain, model Imogen Anthony, Kylie Gillies from Seven’s The Morning Show and Anna Heinrich from The Bachelor.

With croquet games galore and not having to worry about your heels sinking into the grass, it seemed the event was quite a hit, with people instagramming and tweeting using the hashtag #dare2bare.

Check out some of the photos from the night's fashion installation.
