The second episode of Nine’s Celebrity Apprentice climbed more than 400,000 on last week’s premiere, reaching a hefty 1.276 million viewers last night.

The result placed it third on OzTam’s metro rankings ladder, just shy of Nine News (1.285 million) and The Voice, which stole the show with 1.908 viewers. Nine had the top three shows of the evening.

OzTam split the ratings for Mark Bouris’ reality show into two segments – the Challenge segment and the Boardroom segment. It was the Challenge segment came in third, while The Boardroom sequence sat 10th on the ladder with 829,000 viewers.

Seven News swung in fourth with 1.236 million followed by Aussie drama Packed to the Rafters on 1.139 million.

A Current Affair, Today Tonight, ABC News and NCIS also made it into the top ten.

Seven’s Home and Away lured 820,000 while Nine’s Hot Seat drew 720,000.

Ten News at Five came in 15th with 715,000 while The Biggest Loser Next Generation sat low in 16th place on 685,000.

Nine drew the largest share of audience with 31.9%, followed by Seven on 25%, Ten on 19.4%, ABC on 17.8% and SBS on 5.9%.
