The third season of Nine’s Celebrity Apprentice premiered to a modest 866,000 last night, ranking 10th in OzTam’s metro overnights below Seven’s Home and Away.
The new series, hosted by Mark Bouris and featuring Bauer’s Deborah Thomas as an advisor, stars Sweaty Betty PR’s Roxy Jacenko and TV presenter Prue Macsween alongside a host of athletes and media personalities.
Seven’s Celebrity Splash held its ground on its second night on air, luring 1.05 million viewers in sixth spot, while the second episode of Packed to the Rafters season six also scored well, pullin in 1.08 million.
But it was The Voice which again slam-dunked, attracting an audience of 2.02 million in the top spot.
Also featured in the top ten was Seven News on 1.27 million (second place), Nine News on 1.27 million (third place), Seven’s Today Tonight with 1.15 million (fourth) and A Current Affair on 1.03 million (seventh).
ABC News also featured in eighth spot with 956,000.
Ten’s NCIS was its highest rating show of the night in 12th spot with 731,000 viewers, while The Biggest Loser Next Generation came in 20th with 539,000.
