The company’s executive creative director Tom Spicer today welcomed Chloe Banicevic, Archie Murugaser as its team of art directors and writers, while and Ben Xu as joined as art director.

Banicevic and Murugaser met and graduated from AWARD School  in 2005 and have since created work for Nike, SBS and Ron de Jeremy under Us Sydney. They have six awards under their belt including Young Lions Finalists in 2012 and Young Lions Runners Up in 2012.

Xu is the first graduate of Arnold Furnace’s new intern program BigFoot, having come from Shanghai 12 years ago to study design.

Executive creative director Tom Spicer said; “As well as being fantastically original thinkers the girls have an incredible maturity to their work which is very rare in a young team.”

“Ben also has an amazing knack for coming up with big ideas. He already has a big campaign for Jack Daniels in pre-production and is a fitting first graduate of Bigfoot.”
