Winners Revealed For 2017 PANPA Advertising & Marketing Awards
The 2017 PANPA Advertising & Marketing Awards winners were announced last night for news media publishers from around the Asia-Pacific region.
The awards recognise and celebrate advertising and marketing campaigns created by news media publishers, as well as leadership in advertising sales and marketing teams in Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and Asia.
The awards were presented at a cocktail event at the Art Gallery of NSW in Sydney in conjunction with the INFORM News Media Summit, held on Wednesday.
NewsMediaWorks CEO Peter Miller said: “I would like to congratulate all the Advertising & Marketing Awards winners for 2017 and acknowledge the outstanding standard of talent and work that is reshaping how the news media industry markets itself to readers, advertisers and media agencies.
“In a very competitive field, the number and quality of entries demonstrated why our region is one of the most innovative in the world when it comes to advertising and marketing skills within news media publishers.”
This year’s categories included Advertising, Marketing and Executive Excellence (incorporating sales, marketing, design and creative services executives).
The Advertising categories recognise publishers’ in-house work only, while both agency and in-house executions were eligible for the Marketing categories.
