Whybin TBWA Team Up With Origin To Take The Stress Out Of Moving House

As it turns out, moving house is one hell of a scary commitment, and now research from Origin confirms it, with a third of people believing moving is more stressful than getting married and two thirds believing it is more stressful than starting a new job.

On top of that, 86 per cent of Australians believe having energy connected on the day of their move is one of the most important things to have sorted.

So the creative people at Whybin TBWA Melbourne has produced Origin’s new Movers campaign, designed to support Aussies in these stressful times by offering a $100 grocery voucher as a reward when signing up online to Origin power and natural gas when they move house.

Available online, the offer aims to give customers great savings and celebrate an easy move when planning ahead.

“What people may not realise is that when they move home they can easily arrange their electricity connection online and receive email and SMS updates during their move to help provide peace of mind,” Origin general manager, retail marketing, sales & service Rebekah O’Flaherty said.

“By arranging their energy early and online, people can give themselves more time to focus on everything else they need to do before move day.”
