B&T’s home-grown event to drive equality and inclusion in our industry is only days away, people! It’s called Changing the Ratio, and we’ve got a stellar line-up of speakers (including Lisa Wilkinson and Deng Thiak Adut) and an inspirational day planned.

Before they sell out, grab some last minute tickets here!

To celebrate this fabulous event, we’ve grabbed some industry leaders to ask them why Changing the Ratio is so important, and why everyone should attend.

And lucky last on our list is Bernie Johnson!

Bernie established digital media agency Adrenalin in 2004, and is now the director. Adrenalin has since been recognised as Marketing Technology Agency of the Year in 2015 and the Digital Services Agency of the Year in 2014 at the B&T Awards – and has also won the AC&E Best UX Award and three AMY Awards.

Changing the Ratio will be held on May 28 at Sydney’s Belvoir St Theatre in Surry Hills. Grab tickets here, and for all other information, head to the website.
