Under One Roof Expands Its Design And PR Teams

Off the back of a couple of nifty business wins and a burgeoning in existing client engagements, Under One Roof has expanded its team with three key appointments in creative and public relations.

Jess Wright has joined Under One Roof to lead the integrated creative team as design director. Wright brings a broad range of experience gained working both in the UK and Australia, most recently as design director at Cornwell.

Wright’s experience in design and branding has seen her work across a diverse range of both boutique and global clients, including Vodafone, The Howard Hughes Corporation, One and Only, Cotton On Group, Allianz, Lendlease and Lucozade among many others.

“Coming from a branding and design background, it’s a great step for me to lead an integrated team in a full service agency. There is now an opportunity to further grow the agency’s already well-established creative offering to ensure our client’s brands remain engaging and market leading,” Wright said.

Ryan Psaila has also joined the team at Under One Roof in a senior designer role, coming to the business from Mash in Adelaide. He has spent the past eight years working as a multi-disciplinary designer and art director at MASH, as well as working with brands Nike (UK), Adelaide Festival of Arts, Meat & Livestock Australia (Meat & Co, Rare Medium) and many others.

Director at Under One Roof, Maria Crews said of the appointments, “Under One Roof has grown
exponentially since we launched in August, 2014. We see it as a coup to have Jess and Ryan join the
business, each bringing great reputations and incredible experience with them.”

Pete Dillon joined Under One Roof in December as public relations director. Dillon has more than a
decade under his belt as a journalist and PR practitioner, and 20 years as a chef and manager in the
hospitality industry in Australia and overseas.

With extensive agency, freelance and broadcasting experience and an enviable network of people across hospitality and media, Dillon has worked with some of Australia’s best known brands, including Jacobs Creek, The West Winds Gin, Red Nose Day, Attica, Capel Vale, The Point Albert Park, Mitchelton Wines, Adelaide Fringe and The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
