“At this time of year, many of us are struggling to do our best work because we’re exhausted. It’s the perfect time to remember where our energy comes from and how we can re-build it to finish our year with a bang” says Tina Walsberger who is currently gearing up for 155 Sydney Festival events across 23 days in January.

Check out Walsberger’s talk here.

Referencing a model by Tony Schwartz of The Energy Project, Walsberger took audiences through the four key elements that help us find our peak performance levels: body, mind, emotions and purpose or spirituality.

Speaking on professional athletes, neuroscience and leadership theory,Walsberger draws parallels between ambition and limiting self-chatter, encouraging attendees to build self-awareness, and animates the room to finish the session with Amy Cuddy’s contested power poses.

ProForce’s director of training and events Julia Lee says “we look to drive the best-in-class results for our clients, and today’s talk had our clients brimming with energy and a sense of purpose…”
