Tealium Is A ‘Vendor To Watch’ For Digital Marketing Hubs

Tealium, a leader in real-time customer data solutions and enterprise tag management, today announced it has been listed as a Vendor to Watch for the second consecutive year by Gartner, Inc., in the newly-released Magic Quadrant for Digital Marketing Hubs report.

The Magic Quadrant is intended for chief marketing officers (CMOs), chief marketing technologists, and other digital marketing leaders involved in the selection of core systems to support digital marketing business requirements.

Gartner notes that a Digital Marketing Hub “provides marketers and applications with standardised access to audience profile data, content, workflow elements, messaging and common analytic functions for orchestrating and optimising multichannel campaigns, conversations, experiences, and data collection across online and offline channels, both manually and programmatically.”

Tealium’s real-time customer data platform was built from the ground up to power what Gartner highlights as the four critical elements of the Digital Marketing Hub: a master audience profile, workflow and collaboration, intelligent orchestration, and unified measurement and optimisation.

Gartner “advises marketers to deploy solutions that cut across organisational and operational boundaries in these four areas”.

“We are proud to again be recognised in this report, as we believe it’s a testament to our strength and position in this market,” CEO of Tealium Jeff Lunsford said.

“Tealium’s strategy since inception has been focusing on the power of first-party data and building the most comprehensive integration ecosystem. With the ability to build a unified, omnichannel customer view, organisations of all sizes are using our real-time customer data platform to provide better, more impactful customer experiences.”
