Suz Tucker Appointed We Are Social’s Editorial Director

We Are Social has appointed Suz Tucker (main picture) to the new position of editorial director in Sydney, to head up its growing team of content editors.

Tucker comes to We Are Social direct from ASOS, where she has been the senior editor for Australia. She has held a number of leading editorial roles, including editor in chief at AnalogFolk and managing editor at both Pedestrian and Oyster Magazine.

“Suz has extensive experience working publisher-side as well as on behalf of brands to create content that lands a message, but really grips the audience. We’re really excited about her joining We Are Social to inspire and lead our growing team of editors,” said We Are Social MD, Suzie Shaw.

On joining We Are Social, Tucker said: “For me, the strategic thinking, the passion for creativity and the people at We Are Social were all major drawcards.

“The business has a great reputation for its work across progressive clients who embrace content that’s grounded in audience value, as well as a strong culture that champions creativity and diversity. I wanted to be part of that and to build on the momentum that this very talented Sydney-based editorial unit has already set in motion.”
