Sydney PR and communications agency Stellar Concepts has added two new hospitality clients to its portfolio – the Hong Kong dim sum house, Tim Ho Wan and  Parramatta based cafe The Emporium.

Tim Ho Wan has chosen Sydney as its first non-Asian outlet to be launched in February 2015 with plans to follow for Melbourne. It first opened in Hong Kong with seating for only 19 people and with a cult-like following has now expanded to 12 outlets throughout Asia.

The Emporium will feature a coffee roasting facility, bakery and restaurant and is the latest venture firmly establishing Parramatta as Sydney’s happening food precinct.

Stellar is already implementing publicity campaigns for both clients and will support their marketing teams on their social media and event launch strategies.

Stellar client services director Ben Handberg said Tim Ho Wan and The Emporium have reinforced Stellar’s reputation as one of Australia’s most experienced food communications agencies.

“The buzz already happening for both venues even prior to opening their doors is testament to the hard work and expertise of our team, as well the great relationships they have fostered with key food media, industry and influencers.”

“The food, drink and hospitality sector is a real strength of Stellar’s and continues to drive agency growth and great outcomes for our clients,” said Handberg.

Both accounts will be lead by Stellar senior account manager, James Cooley along with senior account executive Jenna Chaitowitz.
