Social media and online community management and moderation company Quiip has ended a year of strong business growth with a number of new business wins.

Reflecting the quality and flexibility of Quiip’s offering, the wins include ongoing retainer work and the provision of services to clients over the upcoming holiday period.

Quiip has been appointed community management partner for high profile new clients including online employment and property websites SEEK and realestate.com.au, and one of Australia’s largest industry superannuation funds, Cbus.

In addition, Quiip has been engaged to partner with DDB to help manage service provision over the busy Christmas and New Year holiday period, and mental health support services provider, SANE Australia.

“As online and social media continues to grow and evolve, so has our business, with companies increasingly recognising the need for expert, around-the-clock community engagement and moderation. We are proud to welcome this impressive group of new client names from a diverse range of fields to our portfolio. We look forward to providing our world-class services to permanent clients and those who need extra ‘hands on deck’ for periods of high activity or while staff are on leave during the festive season,” said Julie Delaforce, general manager, Quiip.

Karalee Evans, head of social, DDB Group Australia, said: “We consider Quiip an experienced specialist partner enabling us to extend our community management capabilities 24/7 whilst maintaining the integrity and professional quality of our award-winning social media work.”

Rounding out the new business wins, and following the success of its initial engagement spanning four years with the Department of Social Services, Quiip continues to work on youth social change campaign, The Line. The Line is now managed by Our Watch, a newly formed not-for-profit funded by the Commonwealth and Victorian governments to raise awareness and engage the community in action to prevent violence against women and their children.
