Shed Media Gives Itself A Rebrand

Aussie boutique financial PR firm Shed Media has announced a rebrand of the business to encompass all aspects of brand building and sales generation possibilities on behalf of its clients.

Shed Media has changed its name to Shed Connect, and will continue to build on its long-established capability in traditional PR, according to general manager Simrita Virk.

“The media industry is changing rapidly. Digitalisation has provided new opportunities for clients to understand what the readership is interested in and to engage directly with them,” she said.

“We aim to be a PR firm that goes the extra mile and does things a bit differently from the rest. We want to ride the wave of change in the media – not get swamped by it.”

Shed Connect also recently bolstered its team with the recruitment of experienced communications executive Emily Eriksson, who was formerly head of corporate communications and content management at BNP Paribas Securities Services in Sydney and Paris.
