Reborn Group And Sister Announce Hot New Collaboration

Hot on the heels of its recent UK office launch, the REBORN GROUP has announced a collaboration with SISTER; a brand strategy, content and product creation business that works predominately with brands wanting to engage with women.

SISTER is led by its founder, Jane Waterhouse, and REBORN managing director Noel Magnus said, “I doubt there’s anyone in the Australian Communications Industry more in tune with women than Jane.”

Waterhouse has been lifestyle editor of Woman’s Day magazine, editor and content producer of the Australian Women’s Weekly’s website, marketing manager of the Australian Women’s Weekly, head of program development and publishing for Weight Watchers.

She also co-founded the women’s news and opinion website TheHoopla.com.au, the young women’s online magazine Birdeemag.com – and the first ever newspaper for girls, The Birdee Newspaper. And in her spare time she co-founded Moon.

“The power and influence of women in the purchase process is nothing new – but it has grown in recent times. If marketers get it right, the revenue potential for client companies is considerable,” Magnus said.

“As media’s metabolism continues to change, REBORN stands out as a group who are not trying to retrofit an old agency model to suit their clients’ needs,” Waterhouse said.

“They are multi-disciplined and dynamic which makes them attractive collaborators for SISTER – and the REBORN name says as much about them as it does about the clients who walk through their doors. We are very excited about working with REBORN.”

SISTER’s clients include: Pacific Magazines (WHO, New Idea and that’s life), Vitaco Health’s Aussie Bodies, Bodytrim, Nutra-Life, Wagner and Healtheries – and soon to launch Bra’s Without Wires.

“I can’t confirm if women came from Venus, but I know they are definitely at SISTER – I believe this will be a very productive collaboration. Jane and her team (yes, all women) moved into our Chippendale warehouse on November 2nd,”Magnus added.
