Property Signage Company Cody Live Grows National Footprint

Cody Live, the company which created a “world first” live on-site real estate marketing tool, has officially launched in Brisbane and plans to expand into Melbourne, Canberra and Auckland in the coming weeks.

The company’s free-standing and wall-mounted StoryBoards offer property sellers the opportunity to showcase an unlimited amount of interactive content outdoors, including high-resolution images, floor plans and video.

Meg Magriplis has been appointed to lead Cody Live’s Brisbane team. She was previously the national sales and marketing manager for Queensland billboard and signage company Goa, and has over 18 years’ experience in advertising and media across Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Cody Live has already proven to be a hit in the Sydney and Newcastle markets, with approximately 80 per cent of leading real estate agency groups putting the StoryBoards on regular rotation.

This growth has also led to the appointment of two new business development managers, with Todd O’Brien and Max Jahufer joining Cody Live’s Sydney team.

Cody Live CEO and executive director Pierce Cody, who founded Aussie outdoor advertising business Cody Outdoor (known as APN Outdoor), said he is delighted to expand the company into Queensland following its outstanding success in the New South Wales market.

“Cody Live embodies the natural evolution from print to digital in the marketing world,” he said.

“The rapid growth that we’re experiencing is proof that Aussies are recognising the way forward in selling property. Interactive real estate marketing is here.”
