Pandora Enters Experiential Space, Announces Warehouse Event Line Up
Pandora today announced the music line up for its inaugural Warehouse event, to be held in Australia on October 8th at a secret location in Sydney.
Channel [V] Artist of the Year Seth Sentry (pictured), ARIA-award winning Kiwi artist Ladyhawke, solo artist Nicole Millar, Sydney band The Griswolds and singer ECCA VANDAL will headline the Pandora Warehouse event, with Holden as its major partner.
“The power of Pandora helps us understand our listeners and it is exciting to be able to connect those lucky fans with the artists we have booked for our first ever Pandora Warehouse,” said Pandora head of artist and music industry relations for Australia and New Zealand Thomas Heymann.
“We chose an eclectic mix of artists that we feel will resonate with our audience. We have some of the absolute best of HipHop, EDM, Indie Pop, Electronic Rock and Indie Electronic that Australia and New Zealand has to offer.”
Holden will be the major partner of the inaugural Pandora Warehouse event and will have a unique, on-the-ground activation to enhance the festival goers’ event experience.
The Warehouse event signals Pandora’s move into the event and experiential space in the Australian market, offering a unique experience for listeners and brands, whilst staying true to Pandora’s value of music discovery. Pandora Warehouse gives listeners the opportunity to be part of what will be the next big thing in music.
With more than 80 live events each year in the US, Pandora now brings its party throwing expertise to Sydney. Pandora is renowned for its events across the US, including the Pandora Discovery Den at SXSW (Austin), Pandora Holiday (NYC) and Pandora’s biggest event, the legendary Summer Crush (LA).
Registration for tickets will be available to all registered Pandora listeners via the Pandora Warehouse mixtape www.pandora.com/warehouse2016. They will go into a draw where one thousand lucky Pandora listeners will secure a ticket to attend the exclusive Pandora Warehouse event at an iconic top-secret location in Sydney.
