Nova’s Kate, Tim & Marty Now Available As Apple Cider
Nova’s Kate, Tim & Marty have once again teamed up with the 4 Pines Brewing Company to launch their latest collaboration, Kate, Tim & Marty’s InCider, available from March 2 around the country.
Kate, Tim & Marty’s InCider is an all-purpose apple cider for every drinking occasion and will be stocked at select venues around the country fromMarch 2 to allow their listeners to sample the special brew.
Kate, Tim & Marty said of their transformation to alcoholic beverage: “4 Pines still aren’t sick of us after three glorious years of brewing together. And this time, we’ve got 500kgs of apples InCider.”
Kate, Tim & Marty’s InCider is the third collaboration between Nova’s national Drive show and the 4 Pines Brewing Company.
In May 2013 4 Pines Brewing Company enlisted Tim Blackwell to select his favourite ingredients to produce Tim’s Cherry Pie, a light bodied lager with a natural cherry infusion spiced with vanilla, cocoa and cinnamon brewed exclusively for Good Beer Week. The result was so popular that 4 Pines Brewery refined the brew the following year, creating Tim’s Summer Pie Beer, and released kegs for sale following a listener launch party at 4 Pine’s brewery in Sydney.
Adrian Lugg from 4 Pines Brewing Company said: “It’s great to be working with Nova again, we don’t hide the fact that here at 4 Pines we like to have a bit of fun, we take what we do seriously, but not ourselves. Kate, Tim & Marty don’t take anything seriously so there’s a nice synergy there. Also Tim can get us pretty good tickets to the footy when we’re down in Melbourne so we need to keep him on side.”
Those keen to suck back a Kate, Tim & Marty’s InCider can do so at the European Bier Café in Melbourne, Strawberry Hills Hotel in Sydney, Brunswick Hotel in Brisbane, The Lion Hotel in Adelaide and The Breakwater in Perth from March 2.
Nova’s national Drive team will host an official industry launch party for Kate, Tim & Marty’s InCider at the Builders Arms Hotel in Melbourne on Tuesday March 10.
