New Agency Helps Build Brands For Western Sydney

Designer Michael Schepis has launched brand strategy and design agency Handle Branding.

The agency will focus on brand promotion, rebrands, mergers, re-positioning and launches. Handle will offer creative strategy, brand consulting, design, event branding, retail communications, and internal and corporate communications.

Schepis said the formation of Handle has been in the pipeline for most of the year. The agency already has undisclosed foundation clients.

After making the big leap to leave his full-time job of five years to start his own business and spend more time with his young family, he has been working with local businesses from his Parramatta office refreshing their brand and design strategy.

Working from ICE – Information Cultural Exchange Building – this young and adaptive design studio helps close the gap between people and brands helping them communicate with beautifully simple ideas and remarkable stories.

For their first year Handle have worked with various organisations such as Western Sydney Local Health District,  Women’s and Newborn Health for Westmead Hospital, Web Directions, Western Sydney Women’s Advocate Group, Raywhite and many more.

“When people ask me why I named the company ‘Handle Branding’ I say to them I like the idea of helping to open doors for brands, businesses and people. It also stands for manage and to feel or manipulate with your hands and that’s how we like to work,” Schepis said.

Schepis’s aim is to facilitate the Western Sydney Area and to stay local within Parramatta and its surrounds.
