MercerBell Grows Digital Team With Three Key Hires

Customer experience agency MercerBell has made three senior digital appointments in creative, technology and production.

Tom Chillcott (pictured above, left) joins the agency as digital delivery director, bringing a wealth of experience in project leadership and digital production.

He was previously at Tribal DDB Australia and True Digital UK, and has delivered major digital projects for clients such as Volkswagen, McDonald’s and Westpac.

Ram Castillo (pictured above, right) comes to MercerBell as digital design lead, delivering award-winning digital design honed on brands such as Qantas, Audi, Coca-Cola, Telstra, Google, and Westpac.

Castillo’s extensive agency career includes roles at Ogilvy, DDB, J. Walter Thompson, and Lavender. His creative credentials expand beyond the agency world as an author, podcaster and speaker.

The third new team member at MercerBell is Remon Saddik (pictured above, middle), who joins the agency as technical lead with 15 years’ experience in front and back-end development and design, on both agency and client-side.

Saddik’s career includes time at Commbank, Foxtel and VML, where he worked with clients such as BankWest, ASB and Hyundai. At CommBank, he oversaw the award-winning website redesign.

MercerBell managing director Julie Dormand said: “Tom, Ram and Remon represent the cream of digital talent in Australia and internationally, and collectively offer our clients unsurpassed customer experience capabilities.

“With these three on board, our digital team is a world-class engine for customer experience design and delivery, and our clients are already excited at the potential they represent.”
