This year marks 20 years of business for Australian rewards and loyalty company Rewards Come True.

Pat Dalton, founder and CEO of parent company iGoDirect Group, said Rewards Come True is celebrating two decades of working with tier one and tier two organisations.

“We started as the engine room behind brands and their CMOs, and grew the business into an innovative, trusted and entrepreneurial partner for brands and their agencies,” she said.

Dalton credits people power for the company’s results to date.

“We’ve been doubling in size thanks to good people. Customer service is the secret to our success, and the biggest reason our clients keep coming back,” she said.

Rewards Come True has built its reputation around in-house customer service and production.

Dalton believes it is this inherent business trait that has seen its customer service rated as “excellent” by 96 per cent of its clients in the most recent survey.

The business will celebrate marketers as part of its 20-year anniversary through sponsorship of the 2018 B&T Awards.

“The B&T Awards celebrate the finest promotions and marketers in the sector,” Dalton said. “Sponsoring the awards seemed like the ideal way to celebrate our success – by rewarding others for theirs.”

Rewards Come True made waves when it brought eftpos gift cards to the Australian market, becoming the first company to do so.

Almost two decades later, it is the rewards partner of big-name brands like Latitude Financial, AMP, Vodafone, and ANZ. Dalton says business for Rewards Come True has doubled year on year.
