Are you one of the 14.2 million people looking for the ‘pawfect’ pet in the next 12 months?  Look no further… you can find the cutest, cuddliest, loveliest pet by downloading the Zeppee app throughout the month of July and for every download, Zeppee will donate $0.50 which will go to the animal shelters they work with.

“It is so easy to use our app, it’s the equivalent of Tinder but for people who are looking for pets,” said Ben Burton, co-founder of Zeppee.

“Users swipe left on their screen to see the next pet, or swipe right to save a pet to their favourites so they can make contact with the owner, breeder or shelter.”

In August, participating animal shelters will be encouraged to get involved and share the campaign on their Facebook page to get their ‘fans’ to like the page and go and download the Zeppee app.

“This will therefore raise more money and awareness for that shelter. As an incentive, the shelter that gets the most likes on their Facebook page will exclusively win the all the money donated by Zeppee,” continued Ben.

“We already have 55 animal shelters on our books who successfully use the app to advertise the pets they are to re-home and we encourage more shelters to get on board.”

Pet insurer Petsecure have signed up to support Zeppee throughout this heart-warming and rewarding campaign.

“Petsecure is one of Australia’s most experienced pet insurers and we are delighted to be supporting the Zeppee ‘Paws for a Cause’ campaign” said Liz Walden, head of sales and marketing at Petsecure.

“We are a proud sponsor of many local and community based rescue organisations around Australia so share the same passion and vision as Zeppee in helping save the lives of thousands of unwanted pets across Australia.

“We are hoping that all Australian pet lovers will get behind the ‘Paws for a Cause’ campaign to help a huge number of unwanted pets find a loving home.”
