Jigsaw, which is part of the Enero Group, welcomes Ladas-Meyer and Goddard at a time of expansion in the business.

She also previously worked at Jigsaw during the agency’s early years from 1996 to 2005, working up from account director to partner.

“I joined Jigsaw as a group account director and partner 20 years ago and really enjoyed providing clients with outstanding insights and value for almost a decade. I worked to ensure Jigsaw was the top research partner of choice for brands and marketers,” said Ladas-Meyer.

“We’re getting back to true insights, those findings that can make a room of clients sit up and think “Wow, now that’s something we can work with”.”

Also bringing more than 25 years of experience in the consumer and market research industries in both the UK and Australia, Goddard has been appointed as head of qualitative research at Jigsaw.

Goddard joins following stints at Millward Brown, the Department of Regional Development and Lands, and URBIS. She specialises in leading multidisciplinary teams to design, direct, and deliver research projects.

“I’m looking forward to being part of this new stage at Jigsaw.  We have a collection of like minds, people with tremendous experience who want be known for the most challenging and incisive insights,” said Goddard.

“As the new head of qualitative research, I’ve been tasked with bringing fresh and innovative qualitative approaches to life.”

Now clocking more than 22 years in the Australian market, Jigsaw is strengthening its team to maintain its position as an innovator in the industry. It is now a leading name in the FMCG, property, financial services, government and media industries thanks to a combination of creative research methodologies and a focus on findings that make a difference.

“I couldn’t be happier to have Eva and Jo on board.  Already we have a wonderful collaborative relationship which our clients are starting to see the benefit of.  Hopefully they will be the first of many diverse and ambitious joiners,” said John Matthews, managing director of Jigsaw.
